I'm a California native with a heart that will always be drawn to nature. I'm a momma, baker (only of my famous Pavlova), adventure seeker and self proclaimed free spirit.

 With 10+ years of training as licensed therapist & certified coach, I blend the heart work and smart work to give healers, CEOS and service providers the tools to step into their highest self. Through this work my clients have gotten their time back, found their life's purpose, transformed their marriages, built wildly successful business, healed childhood trauma, launched and sold new offers, shared their art with the world, overcome grief and so much more.
